Video and image content production is the core service we provide. When you make videos and images by yourself, we will request you to authorize camera permissions and storage (including SD card) permissions.

Based on the information collected, we will analyze the characteristics of your preferences, habits, and location and make user portraits to show or recommend video content that is more relevant to you. To this end, we will collect your:

Device information (including device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, network device hardware address MAC, mobile application list and other software and hardware feature information); information related to the location of the device (including IP address) and personal Internet records (including browsing records, software usage records, and click records).

2. When you share the video you made, we will obtain your nickname and avatar information so that you can use the sharing function.

In order to provide you with one-click login service, our products may integrate third-party SDKs or other similar applications, such as Umeng SDK, which needs to collect necessary fields such as the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and mobile phone number of your device. For the security of your information, we have agreed with third-party SDK service providers on strict data security and confidentiality obligations, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. 3. In order to ensure network security and improve our services, we will collect details of your use and save them as relevant logs, including the content you browse, the date and time of access, and the records of requests, operating system, software version number, and network IP information.

Please note that separate device information and service log information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, such non-personal information will be considered personal information during the combined use period. We will anonymize and de-identify such information unless you have obtained your authorization or otherwise required by laws and regulations.

(II) Description of facial data
When you upload a portrait image containing portrait feature data information and use the effects provided by the application, we will request you to grant us permission to access the camera and album to obtain photos on your mobile device. After obtaining your authorization, we will analyze your facial feature data, identify the location and shape of the five senses in the photo, and process the photo. After the processing is completed, the photo will be deleted immediately, and the processed data does not contain any of your personal information. We will neither store nor share/process the above data, photos and renderings with any third party. Your facial features are saved by the carrier (such as a mobile phone or other smart handheld terminal device) and its system when you upload the facial image, and Super Variety Show will not save your facial features unless you actively upload it or obtain your permission in advance.

(III) Device permissions
In the process of providing services, Super Variety Show requires you to enable device access permissions to us. We will explain the purpose to you and obtain your consent when you first install or need to enable permissions. By enabling these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use this information to implement the corresponding functions. Including:

We will ask at the time of first installation or require authorization to use device storage read and write permissions in specific scenarios to import photos or videos to create the materials necessary for the album video function. Super Variety Show will not abuse device storage read and write permissions to access files of other applications.

We will ask at the time of first installation or require authorization to use device information permissions in specific scenarios: for determining account security, identity authentication, locating crash logs, providing the best solution for information display, etc.

In the process of providing specific services, we also need to call on more of your device permissions, including: obtaining your photo access permissions for the purpose of uploading pictures; obtaining your camera permissions for the purpose of taking pictures and uploading.

We will ask and obtain your consent in the form of a pop-up window in specific scenarios. You can also manage device permissions through the application permission setting page of Super Variety Show to allow or deny us to collect and use your personal information.

2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and device information identification and other similar technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use PhotoArt services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify information when you visit and use this product. We promise not to use cookies for any other purpose other than the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:

(I) Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services

3. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

(1) Authorization and consent principle: We will not share your personal information without your consent, unless the shared personal information is de-identified and the third party cannot re-identify the natural person subject of such information. When you use the functions provided by our partners or third parties in PhotoArt, or when software service providers, smart device providers, and system service providers jointly provide services for you, we will share the information necessary for business implementation with these partners and third parties to recommend, display or push information that may be of interest to you, or push specific functions, services or commercial advertisements that are more suitable for you. 3. Shared information for security and analysis and statistics
(1) Ensure usage security: We attach great importance to the security of accounts, services and content. In order to protect the account and property security of you and other users and to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests from illegal infringement, we and our partners or service providers may share necessary equipment, account and log information.

(2) Analyze product usage: In order to analyze the usage of our services and improve the user experience, we may share statistical data on product usage (crashes, flashbacks) with partners or third parties. Service platform or service provider: PhotoArt products are connected to a variety of third-party services. When you choose to use the third-party service, you authorize us to provide the information to the third-party service platform or service provider so that they can provide you with services based on the relevant information. When a third party accesses our products/or services, your information will be obtained through the third-party account. The actions of the third-party service platform or service provider have nothing to do with our company, and the third party shall bear the corresponding responsibility.

Software and hardware/system service provider: When third-party software and hardware/system products or services are combined with PhotoArt's products or services to provide you with services, with your authorization, we will provide your necessary personal information to the third-party software and hardware/system service provider so that you can use the service, or for us to analyze the use of products and services to improve your user experience.

Advertising and information service providers/advertisers: Without your authorization, we will not share your personal information with advertising and information service providers. However, we may share information that cannot identify you after processing and cannot be restored by the recipient, such as anonymized user portraits, with advertising or information service providers or advertisers to help them improve the effective reach of advertising without identifying you personally, and analyze the use of our products and services.

4. How we store and protect your personal information
(I) Storage period
During the use of our products and services, we will continue to store your personal information for you. After you cancel your account or actively delete the above information, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you by push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.

From the perspective of the data life cycle, we have established security protection measures in various links such as data collection, storage, display, processing, use, and destruction, and adopt different control measures according to the level of information sensitivity, including but not limited to access control, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted transmission, AES256bit or higher encryption algorithm for encrypted storage, sensitive information desensitization display, etc.

If a security incident such as personal information leakage occurs, we will activate the emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding, and inform you by push notifications, announcements, etc.

Your account has security protection functions. Please keep your account and password information properly and do not tell your password to others. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your account and password, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.

Please save or back up your text, pictures and other information in a timely manner. You need to understand and accept that the system and communication network you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control.

5. Your rights (how to manage information, change the scope of authorization, and cancel your account)
(I) Access your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. You can log in to your account and click "My" to enter your personal homepage to view your personal information.

You can also contact us at any time to access your personal information. We will respond to your access request within 15 days after receiving the access information. For other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with the relevant arrangements in "(VI) Responding to your above request" of this article.

(II) Correct or supplement your personal information
When you find that the personal information we process about you is wrong, you have the right to ask us to make corrections or supplements. You can make corrections or supplements in the ways listed in "(I) Access to your personal information".

(III) Deleting your personal information
You may request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete the information when the backup is updated.

Each business function may require some basic personal information to be completed. In addition, for the collection and use of additional personal information, you can give or withdraw your authorization and consent by contacting customer service. When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

(V) Account cancellation
You have the right to cancel your account. You can log in to your account and perform online operations by visiting the "Settings"--"Account Cancellation" page on our App page. After you actively cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services. You know and understand that the act of canceling your account is irreversible. When you cancel your account, we will delete your relevant information or anonymize it, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Hereby kindly remind you that during the account cancellation period, if your account involves disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigations by national authorities, etc., we have the right to terminate the account cancellation without your consent.

Once the account is cancelled, it will not be restored. Please back up all information and data related to the account before the operation. If you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use this account, and you will not be able to retrieve the account and any content and information related to the account.

(VI) Responding to your above request
For security reasons, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint through the customer service phone. In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the circumstances. We may reject requests that are repeated without reason, require too many technical means (for example, the need to develop new systems or fundamentally change current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical.

In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

1. Related to national security and national defense security;

2. Related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

4. There is sufficient evidence that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuses rights;

6. How we protect children's personal information
Our products, websites and services are mainly for adults. Children are not allowed to create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians.
